Get Meeting

zoom.get_meeting
ActionChat & messagingconnection required

Calls the Zoom API with the connection's credentials.

Read one meeting by its number — topic, time, join link and settings.

Connection

Required
Yes — the node will not save without one
Auth type
OAuth 2.0
Providers
Zoom
Secret shape
{"account_id", "client_id", "client_secret"} — Server-to-Server OAuth
Config it needs
account_id
Resolved by
config.connection_id, else node.connection_id

Configuration

3 fields, 1 required. A dotted path is a nested object and name[] an array of objects — the editor renders the same tree.

FieldTypeRequiredDefaultConstraintsExample
meeting_id
The meeting number, as a string — an int64 read as a number loses digits. The spaced form Zoom's UI shows ('812 3456 7890') is accepted.
stringYes——81234567890
occurrence_id
One occurrence of a recurring meeting. Leave blank to act on the series.
stringNo———
show_previous_occurrences
Include occurrences that have already happened, for a recurring meeting.
booleanNofalse——

Example configuration

Every value below is the contract’s own example or default — nothing invented.

{
  "meeting_id": "81234567890",
  "show_previous_occurrences": false
}

Output

  • start_url is single-use-ish and carries the host's token; never put it in an email or a chat message that is not the host's.

See Get Meeting run in a workflow.

In a technical demo we add the Zoom connection, drop the node on the canvas and let Workflow Health pre-flight it before the first real run.
