Privacy policy

This policy covers the website at https://ocnora.ai and the forms on it. It does not cover the OCNORA product; how the product handles your data is set out in the licence agreement or cloud subscription terms you receive when you become a customer.
What we collect
- Contact form fields. When you submit the contact form we receive the fields you typed: name, work email, company, role, what you want to automate, deployment preference and the topic you chose. We also record the page the form was sent from and the time.
- Server logs. Our hosting logs each request with the IP address, the requested path, the user agent and a timestamp. We use these to keep the site up, to rate-limit the contact form and to investigate abuse.
- Google Analytics, only if you accept. With your consent we measure which pages are read and which buttons are used, as described below. If you decline or do nothing, no analytics script loads and no analytics cookie is set. No advertising pixels, no cross-site trackers and no third-party ad networks run on this site.
We do not buy data about you, and we do not enrich what you gave us from third-party sources without telling you first.
Why we use it
To reply to you when you ask us to, to keep the site running and safe, and to understand which pages people read. Contact form submissions are sent to our sales inbox and, when configured, to an OCNORA workflow that routes them to the right person. That workflow runs on our own infrastructure.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited with its affiliate Google LLC, which process the data on our behalf as our processor. It runs in Google Consent Mode: storage is denied by default, and the Analytics script is not loaded at all until you press Accept on the banner. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off, and ad storage stays denied even after you accept. Google may process this data in the United States.
What it receives after you accept: the pages you view (with search text and other free-text parameters removed from the address), the referring page, your browser, device type and approximate location as Google derives them, and these events: clicks on buttons that lead to the contact form (which button, on which page), whether the contact form sent or failed (topic and page, never what you typed), integration searches (how many characters and how many results, never the words), comparison and template pages viewed, and clicks on links to other sites (the other site’s domain only). No event carries your name, email address or anything you typed.
Cookies set after you accept, on this site’s domain:
- _ga — a random identifier that tells one browser from another. Expires after 2 years.
- _ga_<id> — keeps the current session together. Expires after 2 years.
Your choice itself is stored in your browser’s local storage under ocnora-analytics-consent, not in a cookie, and is never sent to us or to Google. If you change your mind and decline, we stop sending events and delete the _ga cookies.
Where it is processed
The site is hosted on Google Cloud. It runs in the Google Cloud region us-central1 (Iowa, United States), where the contact form and server logs are processed. Email replies come from our company mailboxes.
How long we keep it
- Contact form submissions: as long as the conversation is live, and up to 24 months after the last contact so we can pick it up where it stopped. Delete it sooner by asking.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
- Google Analytics event data: at most 14 months, the longest period Google Analytics offers for standard properties, after which Google deletes it. Reports built from it are aggregate counts.
- The analytics cookies: up to 2 years, or until you decline or clear your cookies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, including for analytics data, email legal@kxntech.com. We answer within one month.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top. We do not change it retroactively for data already collected.
