Privacy policy

This policy covers the website at https://ocnora.ai and the forms on it. It does not cover the OCNORA product; how the product handles your data is set out in the licence agreement or cloud subscription terms you receive when you become a customer.
What we collect
- Contact form fields. When you submit the contact form we receive the fields you typed: name, work email, company, role, what you want to automate, deployment preference and the topic you chose. We also record the page the form was sent from and the time.
- Server logs. Our hosting logs each request with the IP address, the requested path, the user agent and a timestamp. We use these to keep the site up, to rate-limit the contact form and to investigate abuse.
- Privacy-first analytics, if enabled. We may run a privacy-first analytics tool that counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. If it is enabled, it is listed here. No advertising pixels, no cross-site trackers and no third-party ad networks run on this site.
We do not buy data about you, and we do not enrich what you gave us from third-party sources without telling you first.
Why we use it
To reply to you when you ask us to, to keep the site running and safe, and to understand which pages people read. Contact form submissions are sent to our sales inbox and, when configured, to an OCNORA workflow that routes them to the right person. That workflow runs on our own infrastructure.
Where it is processed
The site is hosted on Google Cloud. The processing region is to be confirmed and will be stated here when it is fixed. Email replies come from our company mailboxes.
How long we keep it
- Contact form submissions: as long as the conversation is live, and up to 24 months after the last contact so we can pick it up where it stopped. Delete it sooner by asking.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
- Analytics, if enabled: aggregate counts only, kept indefinitely; nothing in them identifies you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, email us. We answer within one month.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top. We do not change it retroactively for data already collected.
