{
"id": "",
"join_url": "",
"ok": true,
"registrant_id": "",
"start_time": "",
"topic": ""
}Notes
- The join_url is per registrant and must not be shared — Zoom counts a shared link as one attendee and the second person is refused.
- With manual approval the registrant is created as 'pending' and the link only works once they are approved. Zoom approves webinar registrants through PUT /webinars/{webinarId}/registrants/status, which is a different endpoint from the meeting one and is not in this family yet — use http.request for it.
See Add Webinar Registrant run in a workflow.
In a technical demo we add the Zoom connection, drop the node on the canvas and let Workflow Health pre-flight it before the first real run.
