Upload File
seatable.upload_file
ActionDatabases & warehousesconnection required
Calls the SeaTable API with the connection's credentials.

Connection
- Required
- Yes — the node will not save without one
- Auth type
- API key
- Providers
- SeaTable
- Secret shape
- the base API token, or {"api_token": "…", "account_token": "…"} where the account token is only needed by the webhook operations

Configuration
6 fields, 2 required. A dotted path is a nested object and name[] an array of objects — the editor renders the same tree.
| Field | Type | Required | Default | Constraints | Example |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
filename Name to store the file under, including its extension. | string | Yes | — | — | invoice.pdf |
body The file's content: text, or a base64 blob when content_encoding is base64 (as produced by any download node). | string | Yes | — | — | — |
content_encoding Set to 'base64' when body is a base64 blob (e.g. from a download_archive node). Defaults to the upstream file's encoding, else text. | string | No | — | one of "text", "base64" | — |
content_type MIME type sent with the upload; defaults to application/octet-stream. | string | No | — | — | application/pdf |
as_image Store under the images folder so the result suits an image column. | boolean | No | false | — | — |
replace Overwrite a file of the same name instead of storing a second copy. | boolean | No | false | — | — |
Example configuration
Every value below is the contract’s own example or default — nothing invented.
{
"as_image": false,
"content_type": "application/pdf",
"filename": "invoice.pdf",
"replace": false
}Output
One shape.

In a technical demo we add the SeaTable connection, drop the node on the canvas and let Workflow Health pre-flight it before the first real run.
