PostBin answers this call with the new request's id as plain text, not JSON.
A PostBin bin is discarded 30 minutes after it is created; every call on an expired bin answers 404 'No such bin'.

In a technical demo we add the PostBin connection, drop the node on the canvas and let Workflow Health pre-flight it before the first real run.
