- The expression may be up to 512 characters long.
- The query is Freshservice's own filter syntax: string values in single quotes, numbers bare, conditions joined with AND or OR, ':>' and ':<' for ranges.
- Freshservice returns at most 40 pages of query results.
- Freshservice sends a 'rel=next' link header only while another page exists, so an empty next_page is the end of the collection, not a truncated answer.
- A page holds 30 records by default and 100 at most.
