Configuration

17 fields, none required. A dotted path is a nested object and name[] an array of objects — the editor renders the same tree.

  "simple": false,
  "start_created_at": "2026-01-01T00:00:00",

result

FieldTypeExample
items

array—
count
How many resources this page actually contains.
number—

number—

True while SurveyMonkey still offers a next page.
boolean—
status_counts
How many responses in this page are completed, partial, overquota and disqualified — a partial response is not a completed one.
object—
{
  "count": 0,
  "has_more": false,
  "items": [],
  "next_page_url": "",
  "page": 0,
  "per_page": 0,
  "status_counts": {},
  "total": 0
}

Notes

  • SurveyMonkey pages with page/per_page and only sends links.next while more results exist.
  • Reading answers needs the View Response Details scope; on a Basic plan SurveyMonkey caps that at 25 responses per survey and answers 402 (error 1005) beyond it.

See List Responses With Answers run in a workflow.

In a technical demo we add the SurveyMonkey connection, drop the node on the canvas and let Workflow Health pre-flight it before the first real run.
