List Responses

surveymonkey.list_responses
ActionBusiness appsconnection required

Calls the SurveyMonkey API with the connection's credentials.

Config it needs
base_url, datacenter

Configuration

5 fields, none required. A dotted path is a nested object and name[] an array of objects — the editor renders the same tree.

FieldTypeRequiredDefaultConstraintsExample
survey_id
List every response to this survey.
stringNo——309683094
collector_id
List only the responses from this collector instead of a whole survey.
stringNo———

Example configuration

Every value below is the contract’s own example or default — nothing invented.

  "page": 1,
  "per_page": 50,
  "survey_id": "309683094"
}

Output

Notes

  • SurveyMonkey pages with page/per_page and only sends links.next while more results exist.

See List Responses run in a workflow.

In a technical demo we add the SurveyMonkey connection, drop the node on the canvas and let Workflow Health pre-flight it before the first real run.
