Configuration

4 fields, 1 required. A dotted path is a nested object and name[] an array of objects — the editor renders the same tree.

FieldTypeRequiredDefaultConstraintsExample
links
The absolute http(s) URLs to preview, at most 50 per call.
arrayYes—1–50 characters; array of string["https://www.example.com"]
source
How Peekalink should record where the request came from. Leave this on API unless you are previewing on behalf of a person browsing.
stringNoAPIone of "API", "WEB"—
accept_language
An HTTP Accept-Language value, such as 'de-DE', sent so the target site returns its metadata in that language. Leave blank for the site's default.
stringNo——de-DE
stop_on_error
Stop at the first link Peekalink refuses instead of carrying on and recording the failure against that link.
booleanNofalse——

Example configuration

Every value below is the contract’s own example or default — nothing invented.

{
  "accept_language": "de-DE",
  "links": [
    "https://www.example.com"
  ],
  "source": "API",
  "stop_on_error": false
}

Output

One shape.

How many links were asked for.
number—
previewed
How many links Peekalink returned a preview for.
number—
failed

boolean—

One entry per link, in the order they were given.
array—
results[].link
The URL this entry is about.
string—
results[].ok
True when Peekalink previewed the link and the link itself answered well.
boolean—
results[].error
Peekalink's own message for a link it refused, or null when it worked.
string—
results[].preview
The full Link object for this URL, with the same fields as the single Preview Link node emits, or null when the link failed.
object—
{
  "failed": 0,
  "partial": false,
  "previewed": 0,
  "requested": 0,
  "results": [

      "ok": false,
      "preview": {}
    }
  ]

Notes

  • Peekalink publishes no batch endpoint, so this node makes one request per link, at most 50 of them, one after another.
  • A successful call can still carry ok=false: that means Peekalink reached the link and the link itself answered badly, and 'status' holds the code it answered with. Branch on 'ok' rather than assuming a step that succeeded found a page.
  • Every link previewed spends one request from the plan's hourly allowance, and nothing here retries; Peekalink answers an exhausted allowance with RATE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED or BURST_LIMIT_EXCEEDED.

In a technical demo we add the Peekalink connection, drop the node on the canvas and let Workflow Health pre-flight it before the first real run.
