Configuration

4 fields, 1 required. A dotted path is a nested object and name[] an array of objects — the editor renders the same tree.

FieldTypeRequiredDefaultConstraintsExample
board_id
The board's id.
stringYes———
limit
How many records to return per page (monday's maximum is 500).
numberNo251–500—

objectNo——{"operator":"and","rules":[{"column_id":"status","compare_value":["Done"],"operator":"any_of"}]}

Example configuration

Every value below is the contract’s own example or default — nothing invented.

{
  "limit": 25,
  "query_params": {
    "operator": "and",
    "rules": [
      {
        "column_id": "status",
        "compare_value": [
          "Done"
        ],
        "operator": "any_of"
      }
    ]
  }
}

Output

One shape.

FieldTypeExample
items
The matching items, each with its column values.
array—
cursor
Pass this back as 'cursor' to fetch the next page.
string—
count
How many items this page returned.
number—
{
  "count": 0,
  "cursor": "",
  "items": []
}

Notes

  • monday.com refuses 'query_params' and 'cursor' together, so a follow-up page sends the cursor alone and the filter is remembered from the first call.

See List Board Items run in a workflow.

In a technical demo we add the Monday.com connection, drop the node on the canvas and let Workflow Health pre-flight it before the first real run.
