Merge Contacts

hubspot.merge_contacts
ActionCRM & salesconnection required

Calls the HubSpot API with the connection's credentials.

Merge one contact into another with POST /crm/v3/objects/contacts/merge. The primary contact survives and absorbs the other's activities, associations and any property it has no value for.

Notes

  • A merge cannot be undone from the API.

See Merge Contacts run in a workflow.

In a technical demo we add the HubSpot connection, drop the node on the canvas and let Workflow Health pre-flight it before the first real run.
