List Webhooks
discord.list_webhooks
ActionChat & messagingconnection required
Calls the Discord API with the connection's credentials.
List the webhooks on a channel, or across a whole server.
Connection
- Required
- Yes — the node will not save without one
- Auth type
- API key
- Providers
- Discord
- Secret shape
- the bot token (sent as "Authorization: Bot <token>") for every op except discord.execute_webhook, whose secret is the webhook URL
- Resolved by
- config.connection_id, else node.connection_id
Configuration
2 fields, none required. A dotted path is a nested object and name[] an array of objects — the editor renders the same tree.
| Field | Type | Required | Default | Constraints | Example |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
channel_id List the webhooks on this channel. | string | No | — | — | — |
guild_id List every webhook in this server instead. | string | No | — | — | — |
- At least one of channel_id, guild_id must be set.
Output
One shape.
result
| Field | Type | Example |
|---|---|---|
items The objects Discord returned, in its own order. | array | — |
count How many objects came back in this page. | number | — |
{
"count": 0,
"items": []
}Notes
- Needs a Discord connection whose secret is the bot token.
- Needs MANAGE_WEBHOOKS.
- Webhook tokens and URLs are stripped from the listing: they are credentials, and a run's step output is not a place to keep one.
See List Webhooks run in a workflow.
In a technical demo we add the Discord connection, drop the node on the canvas and let Workflow Health pre-flight it before the first real run.
