List Workspace Tasks

clickup.list_team_tasks
ActionBusiness appsconnection required

Calls the ClickUp API with the connection's credentials.

Search tasks across a whole Workspace by team id, narrowed to given Spaces, Folders or Lists. This is the only way to list a Space's tasks — ClickUp has no per-Space task endpoint.

  "reverse": false,
  "subtasks": false
}

Output

One shape.

array—
count
How many rows are in items.
number—
last_page
True when ClickUp says this was the final page; null when it did not say, which is not the same as 'no more rows'.

Notes

  • Responses are capped at 100 tasks; raise page to walk the rest. last_page is null here unless ClickUp sends it.

See List Workspace Tasks run in a workflow.

In a technical demo we add the ClickUp connection, drop the node on the canvas and let Workflow Health pre-flight it before the first real run.
